Why is the "Get Directions" Function Not Available in Streamline on the Surface Pro?

Those who have used Streamline on the iPad may have noticed that the “Get Directions” function is not available by default from the Streamline app using the Windows tablet. When viewing the inspection list on the iPad, an arrow is visible that allows the inspector to get directions to the inspection address. 

By default, the same arrow is not visible on the Surface Pro. This can be remedied by navigating to "maps.google.com" in the Chrome browser.  In the 3 dots in the upper right corner of Google Chrome, the inspector can click “Download Google Maps.”  

Once downloaded, close and reopen the Streamline Windows app. The arrow will now be visible and the inspector will be able to get directions from the app in the same way that is possible from the Streamline iPad app.
