https Server 500 error

This message indicates that an error has occurred during connection to the server and that the requested page cannot be accessed. When this happens on Recovery hub, the normal cause is that the connection was reset while data was being transmitted or your login has timed out. If you started data entry and walked away, came back and attempted to submit  this is most likely what happened. However the correction for this is simply to close the browser window and reopen Recovery hub.  To avoid issues in the future save as a draft before moving to the next item.

If your connection was reset, most likely this was a momentary item and should not happen often, if you keep noticing errors or slow loads when browsing the web, you will want to reach out to your Internet service provider, as this may indicate a line quality issue.
