Windows App Closing at Startup

If the streamline app on your windows Device unable to reach the streamline server you may get the streamline logo and then see the app close.

if this is happening to you you can force clear the local Database which will allow the app to start but will result in a loss a data 

Step 1) click on your start menu 
Step 2) search for streamline
Step 3) select app settings
Step 4) scroll to the bottom and select RESET.

You will need your Department Key, if you are unsure of it please reach out to your system Admin for streamline.
