To run a manual export from Recovery link ( if something has changed or was missed on your normal schedule)


Locate the Recovery link application this is normally installed on the RMS server or on a desktop that can access the RMS.


Once you open Recovery link

Click on the manual export button at the top left.




Select the dates from the start and end dates. 

And hit Manual run 


You will see a successful message at the bottom left of the RLE window. 


It will then go back to ready.
