votesFlagged Special Properties
Sheriff Brett Dunckel asks for a feature that would add a ability to "flag" a property. the flag could be assigned to a property in order to assure specific information of the location will be known at any inspector outside of normal code requirements.Bret - "This is generally information an inspector would know if they always performed the inspection. However, there are many times when a property is inspected by a different inspector each time. This makes it difficult for the inspector to always know when a property might have some unique informational items they need to review prior to the inspection."
Ex - "An example of a property like this would be a storage facility which is required to keep their storage height under a certain number of feet. Or a property storing propane cylinders for exchange which has a limitation on the number of cylinders which is more restrictive then the code would normally allow for."
