I am not sure if this is being considered or not or has been suggested by anyone else to date... sharing this just in case, as I see a lot of value.
I would like to suggest Streamline consider building / incorporating a features that allows businesses access into their specific records... citizen / business access portal. This would allow the party to create an account, have the account verified, and then allow them access to review and print their own inspections records.
