Emergency Recovery

Certainly, if you have a inspector that is unable to sync and has outstanding data.

Please use the Emergency Recovery option from the Gear/Cog menu at the bottom left of the Map View 

Next click on the Emergency Recovery link at the bottom of the page

After you get a successful message use the Support link to let us know you had (an) issue that required use of the Emergency Recovery option we will process your inspection data and once the inspection data is processed you will be updated. Please look over the data to make sure it's as expected.
