Billing - The inspection goes to "Do Not Bill" because it was marked as vacant

Your department does not bill vacant properties, and during an inspection, the inspector did not change the status of a property as no longer vacant.  This causes the inspections to be sent to the "Do Not Bill" billing grid.  You change the property so that it shows it is not vacant, but the inspection still goes to the "Do Not Bill" billing grid.  This is because the inspection is set to the vacant status at the time the inspection is completed.  This is done that way because over the years as properties go vacant and not vacant you still inspect them and inspection done on a property when it was vacant need to reflect that, no matter whether the property's vacant status has changed now.  You can fix this in the billing grid as the billing area allows you to change the vacant status of the inspection itself.  Attached is a video that will help you with this.
