Please add the ability to allow multiple users to see that another user has made a change to a Draft

Mark Schneider of Elgin Fire Department requests that we include a box next to the Draft Claim records that can manually be marked by users so that one department user can inform another department user that work has been performed on a draft. Mark has one team that enters insurance info. He has another team that updates the narratives. He requests a generic box designation that could be used by different departments to indicate different purposes.
